Pro's: None. Con's: Too numerous to mention. Have opened over 100 tickets in the last 6 months. Services promised cannot be delivered. Disjointed technical support. Disengaged executive leadership and blurred lines of accountability. Across the board this has been the worst professional experience of my career.

This is a good call center solution with a good number of features that you may or may not require. A bit over head when it came to installation but we got there eventually. Java requirement is a pain and occasionally have issues with calls being dropped or having choppiness. Would still recommend overall and hopefully some of the issues we have experienced will get resolved as we optimize the installation through continued use.

They are very professional and customer service is very friendly. They were flexible for my needs as we grew and needed more support.
