Years ago I bought a lifetime internet phone plan from city widephone. Tried contacting them and they are out business. Are you connected to the old city wide phone? I had to replace my telephone adapter(grandstream HT02) recently. I find out that I can't just plug in the new adapter. Special codes have to be inserted in the adapter for it to work. My question is: are you part of the citywidephone that closed, or are you a separate entity? I can give you my account information from citywidephone in order to get the codes installed in my new adapter. Please advise.

-> Response: Sorry to hear that. We are not connected to them in any form. You will need to port your number over to a new provider and the new provider may be able to support your HT502 and auto provision the ATA to work with their service.
