I'm one of the former, and based on their price alone, I can't see myself switching VoIPs any time soon. The call quality is crystal clear, call forwarding works great, unlimited dialing as well. I started with Vonage in 2013 and have maintained the same number for my home office but porting can be a bit of a hassle. It would be nice if I could give zero stars. Axvoice is terrible! I made the mistake of paying Axvoice for an entire year ($151.99) on June 5, 2021 - a bit less than 5 months ago. Axvoice is one of the worst companies I've ever done business with. Axvoice support is a joke. I asked support repeatedly to fix the voicemail message that was on my phone. They never took care of that problem. Added to this issue: if I talked with anyone for more than 15 minutes, my line would hang up. When I brought that to the attention of support it didn't change a thing. Don't know if support just threw my email into the bit bucket because they didn't follow up to find out if I still had the problem. I was done being patient after a couple of months of having this terrible service from Axvoice, Decided to just completely overpay Axvoice and lose the 10 months of service I paid for in advance. I signed up with Voiply on August 20, 2021. Soon after my device arrived, all of my problems which I had with Axvoice disappeared. No more message on my phone that I had voicemail waiting. No more inability to call out. No more disconnecting after speaking on the phone for 15 minutes. Only wish I had heard of Voiply before I ever made the mistake of signing up with Axvoice. Stay away from Axvoice!

No way to contact these people on weekends, holidays or after hours. Phone calls take a long time to connect. Erroneous billing and hidden charges. I paid up front for 1 year including number porting, now they are billing me monthly $18.00 for some unknown charge. Only way to reach them is portal/email and they do not answer. Changed my router and now I can not make calls. No way to contact these people. Literature says it should switch automatically. Nothing else in the house is having a problem except this phone with Axvoice.

I came across Axvoice while looking for affordable residential VoIP services. Thanks to my work, I'm on the move a lot. So, even though my company covers all my business calls. It didn't like me making or receiving personal calls on my corporate phone for obvious reasons. And ever since I became their customer, Axvoice helps me stay in contact with my family without going over my phone bills like before. My kids or wife can reach me at any time. Thanks to the voicemails and their alert notifications, I never miss a call from my family. I'm just so happy that I found this VoIP service. I don't know what I will do without it at this point. I was a bit nervous when my friend suggested I choose Axvoice given that they're new to the VoIP market. However, I was impressed by the affordability of the service, so I thought I'd give it a go. To my pleasant surprise, Axvoice offers features that are right up with the best VoIP services. Presumably it's more affordable because it is not a world famous brand. Previously, I was paying many times more and feel cheated! Another great thing about Axvoice is the simple plug-and-play based use. I had been their customer from 5 years and I never thought to move to another VoIP service. I was requested to do this review and I am happy to have finally done it. So I had been using their home phone package which includes unlimited calls to the US and Canada. While I never got to make use of the free outgoing minutes to Canada, but I sure do make a good use of my unlimited minutes within the US. Remember that it's 3000 minutes with their unlimited package which are quite enough for me; not sure about you guys. The voice quality is great and the support is just fine. Not a fan of ticket-based support but you do get a reply within a day.

From day one, the service had issues. The quality of calls was not great, even after I upgraded to high-speed Internet. Voicemail access is touch and go, messages disappear without being listened to. Eventually, it stopped working altogether. Customer service would email me one small suggested fix. It wouldn't work. Another one. Wouldn't work. Eventually they stopped responding to my emails - they literally gave up trying to fix my issue. I still have no idea why it wouldn't work. Because of their delayed and incomplete responses, I went a few weeks without having a working line. They refused to refund me for any of that month. Then, when I cancelled my service, they charged my credit card for the adapter on the day of cancellation, before they even asked me to return it (which, by the way, they do not send you packaging or postage for)! The whole thing felt like a scam. Definitely do not use these guys.

There are several providers that offer similar IP phone services in approx $10/month price range. I tried AXvoice and my experience was not good. First of all if you talk for more than several minutes your call almost always would be dropped so you'll need to redial. Second - if the caller tries to leave you a voice mail and that message is too short (less than 15-20 seconds) the system won't record it and you'll miss the message. Third - all international calls are NOT free (my new provider offers free ground number international calls to more than 50 countries). And one last note: when I switched to a new provider and my service with AXvoice was disconnected they still charged my card extra $17+. When I asked (via email) about the reason the answer was that I had to ask them literally to close my account in order to stop being charged every month $17+. No further comments. Good luck.

Used this service to work from home and so I receive calls constantly. At first things worked well but after about a month, I noticed degradation of voice quality. I have another VoIP service as a backup on the same Internet router which was fine. Since customer service is through email only, I notified them of this and got a response that I was to reboot the adapter - this was of no help since this is the first thing I did. OK, I thought maybe it was a network anomaly until a few days later in which the issues returned along with a new more important issue: the company voice bridge I use for work could not reach my number. A quick email to support resulted in no response. Unfortunately looks like Axvoice is being too cost contentious at the expense of their service. I have since dropped this VoIP provider with a more competitive company offering much better customer support.

I've used VOIP for many years as a low-usage "landline." In an effort to save money, I mistakenly chose AxVoice early last month with its $5.95 monthly cost. Issues: It doesn't declare back-end fees which are significant, or any footnote. It adds a virtual number without permission or order. It immediately bills for shipping the adapter and monthly fees, and invoices monthly fees again at month end. It offers only a 15-day satisfaction refund, but you won't discover the actual service or pricing until 30 days into the service. Customer service is atrocious. When you discover the issues, and quit, they charge $39.95 ransom to return the adapter, and then demand that you beg for your refund after they receive and inspect the adapter. Extremely anti-customer pricing and policies.

A few months back, I decided to get a VoIP phone because my son had moved to Canada. I started looking up online for different options. All the first-page searches were mainly VoIP review sites. What was common with all these VoIP websites was their super-promising tone which I seriously hate. Axvoice was also listed on some of these sites but didn't seem like a popular VoIP brand. However, it had a pretty impressive website and the lowest subscription prices even for their unlimited plans. My Axvoice plan came with free equipment (I did pay the shipping fee though) which again was another plus point. On the downside, there's no live call or chat support, only ticket support which is certainly not the best way to seek help timely. However, my VoIP phone experience with Axvoice has been more than just satisfactory. It's my 4th month using this VoIP, and I only had to post one ticket and that's also when I couldn't figure out how to change the calling codecs. I think Axvoice is top-notch. Underrated, definitely, but worth every penny of yours.

This is a horrible company. I have had problems since I got this service and none of the problems have been resolved. Customer service does not even reply to my emails about the problems. Since I did not realize this was not going to be resolved nor even addressed I did not cancel before the 15 day policy. Now it will cost $39.99 to cancel. I can not talk on the phone for more than 15 minutes before the call drops which is just wonderful while you are on hold for a company and then bam....no service....DO NOT GET THIS! There has got to be better service than this. I will be trying to get my money back without paying the exorbitant fee for a service that does not work!

I got Axvoice for its unlimited international calls. The plan was almost 40% cheaper than comparable VoIP services. So how's my experience so far. Well, it's pretty satisfactory. I love the voice quality which was my biggest concern. I don't have a great internet connection at home but Axvoice still works fine. And even though it's just a few months since I upgraded to this VoIP phone, I believe it's going to be a very hard choice to replace it.

I would give this zero stars if I could. Any call over 10 minutes is dropped. I have had to redial friends and family multiple times in a single phone call. There is no phone number and no live chat (when you select live chat you are redirected to a page which shows information about features and how to order). By email I was told to reboot the system to fix my problem. This did not work. My follow up email was not returned.

We've had AXvoice for about 4 months now and so far we are pretty satisfied. We have the pay-as-you go plan which is $4.99 a month plus about another $5 for taxes and 911 fees, plus 1.5 cents a minute for outgoing calls only. There have been no unexpected charges. We have DSL, so only about 1.0 Mbps down and 384 kbps up, but still get excellent voice quality. AXvoice doesn't include a router, so with dumb router, it works best to disconnect computers while using the phone, but still OK as long as not streaming video or other major download at the same time. No support for old rotary phones. Your online account includes a log of all call activity, and voicemails can be listened to online - these are nice features.

They charged my card on 12/17, shipped the device two day Priority mail ($20 charge!), did not provide a working phone number until 12/22, and it was assigned, not one I selected. Customer service is horrible - anonymous email is the ONLY way to reach them. Help is non-existent. They do NOT provide any phone number to call for support or to contact the company. The "About US" page goes to the main page - NOTHING about the company! Their own "Live Chat" on the support web page does NOT work. They claim "30+ features" but my actual service only has 13, and one of those requires additional fees to work. Save yourself time and trouble and look for a better service!

I am Tony from Seattle. A couple of months back I got a good job in Connecticut and I had to move here. Because of my kids schooling, I could not take them along with me, but I miss them a lot. I talk to my family on a daily basis. To be honest with you, long calls on a daily basis were turning out to be pretty costly for me. I read about Axvoice online and their Free In-Network calling feature. I bought an Axvoice unit for myself and got one delivered to my family. Now I can talk to them all I want and for only the basic monthly charges. This is something I am really happy about.

I quite like Axvoice for their services. My job requires me to make like hundreds of calls every day and as an entrepreneur of a startup, it was really necessary for me to manage my expenses. I have the unlimited International data plan as most of my clients are from outside the US. Everything is good about the service.

The adapter was free with a fee of $19.99 for shipping when I signed up. Now they say I'm being charged $39.99 for the adapter and have to pay to return it, provide tracking and then follow it to request the $39.99 back two days after it's received. So don't believe that the adapter is free if you sign up. They get you at the end. Terrible customer service only by email. Strange, hard to read bills, instructions, and communication with computer code mixed in with words.

I will have to say that with decent call quality and pretty low rates, Axvoice could be anyone's first choice, but my decision of selection was based on their "Do not disturb" feature. My mom is not well and she has odd timings of sleep. It had happened a few times that she had just fallen asleep and the phone rang. This thing was irritating and pretty concerning for me for some time but then I came to know about this feature that would redirect all calls to my voicemail without the phone ever ringing. Seriously speaking it is something that I can't thank Axvoice enough for.

I run my own office and I have to travel a lot in this regard. I heard about Axvoice and their simultaneous ringing feature. This was just the thing I was looking for. This feature helps your incoming calls ring on your mobile phone apart from your Axvoice phone and helps me carry on my work while on field. A good recommendation for any small or medium business.

A word of advice - the cost of this service after signing up for the $99 deal (which was $200 once all extra fess were added) on an ongoing basis was $17 per month US. I paid $39.99 for the ATA adapter initially 3 years ago when I joined, now that I have cancelled my service, Axvoice decided to charge me another $40 fee for the adapter. I am very disappointed that Axvoice has charged me twice for the adapter. There is an offer of a refund but it will cost me $30 to ship the unit back to the US and due to currency exchange difference they have charged my credit card for $50 which when refunded will be less. I will never recommend Axvoice to anyone again. Sincerely disappointed former Axvoice customer

I have the $5.99 a month package for Axvoice which is simply perfect. For me, 200 minutes a month are more than enough and at this pricing it is too cool. To tell you the truth, I ordered their service after viewing their price range but to my surprise their quality is pretty good too. No call disconnecting or voice disruption. The hardware was delivered within 3 days of ordering and I did not have to go through any hectic procedure.

I am a pretty keen user of the Internet, surfing the web quite a lot and I do come across plenty of useful things for me. I have my own apartment and have rented it out to a couple of Chinese friends from my previous office. Long story cut short, I had lost my job exactly three months ago and my landline bill was being too much of a burden on my pocket. Not to mention that I had to pay the landline bill all by myself because my roommates said it was no use for them, whereas I believe they made international calls from it. The Internet led me to a top VoIP service by the name of Axvoice. The service was pretty good and the rates were excellent but the thing that I enjoyed the most was their International Call Blocking feature. Now I don't have to worry about anyone making International calls and making a fool out of me. I am more than pleased with Axvoice.

I do not use the telephone that much but when I wish to use it, I want it to be working top-notch for me. The ordering procedure for Axvoice was fairly simple for me. I received the installation hardware within a couple of days. When I was home and I wanted to make calls, the call quality was pretty good and with not much usage, a monthly package of $7 a month was more than reasonable for me. A good product I should say. A definite recommendation.

I have a job in which I need to make quite a lot of phone calls on a daily basis. The unlimited calls package from Axvoice was pretty awesome for me and to add to that, they have a pretty good call quality. The installation procedure didn't take that long too. You place your order on their website and you'll receive the hardware within 3 days. We have the price package of $8.25 a month for unlimited calls all across the US and Canada. This pricing is basically peanuts compared to other VoIP service providers. If you want to save some money, I think you should definitely give it a shot.

My family says I am pretty crappy at getting the right stuff at reasonable rates. Recommended by a friend five months back, I advised my family to shift to Axvoice as it had better service reviews and far better rates than our previous service provider but no one listened to me. Two months back, we were having severe issues with our old service and their customer service was the least bit of help. My Dad decided to temporarily shift to Axvoice. To his surprise, the service provided by Axvoice was "too good to be true". The call quality was top notch and unlimited phone service was a dream come true for my Mom. To top it all, we got all this for way under 10 bucks, even less than half of what we were paying before. The best part for me was that I finally recommended something to my family that was actually good.

There's an old saying that goes, "you don't know what you have, until it's gone", and I now know how that feels. A few months ago I switched from Axvoice to another company because their price was cheaper. That was a big mistake! The company I switched to didn't have any of the features I had with Axvoice. The plan was extremely basic. It seemed like the only thing I could do was make and receive calls, and sometimes I could barely do that. The sound quality was awful. Most of the time I could barely hear the person on the other end, or they sounded like a robot. I would have the person hang up, and call me right back. It was very annoying, not just for me, but for my family and friends who called me. Then a month after having the service, my phone stopped working. I called customer service and they seemed clueless. When I started to raise my voice, the representative hung up on me. I was pissed. Then when I finally got through to another agent, I was told it wasn't a service issue, and I needed to buy one of their phone adapters, which was extremely expensive. I argued with them for 45 minutes until a supervisor agreed to give me a discount since I was a new customer. I ordered the new adapter, and after 2 weeks of waiting, I called to check the status of my order. Come to find out, THEY DIDN?T SEND IT! That was the last draw; I cancelled the adapter and the service, and returned to AxVoice. I will never make that mistake again. I?ve never had any problems with Axvoice service, equipment, nor the customer service. I feel stupid for ever leaving Axvoice. I just wanted to vent and tell you guys how much I appreciate Axvoice service.

I work from home and a part time blogger. My work involves staying on the phone for hours and I just recently switched from my traditional phone service to Axvoice VoIP. I've been with the same phone company for over 20 years, but I wanted to save some money on my bill, and try something different. The staff at Axvoice has been delightful. The transition and installation was simple, and only took minutes to setup. The VoIP adapter works great. I have rearranged my home office at least three different times, and haven't had any problems. The calls are always clear, to the point that you can't tell I'm using VoIP. I truly do brag about my home phone service and was able to get 3 of my friends to sign up for Axvoice and earn affiliate commission as well. It just blows my mind how well it works, especially for the kind of work I do. I'm able to put customers on hold with hold music, I can forward my calls to my cell if I need to run to the grocery store, and I can manage my account online. It's absolutely perfect for my lifestyle. The price is affordable and better than most phone companies. My old phone company only had 3 main features and my bill was between $70 and $80 per month. My extended family lives in Quebec, Canada. I usually have to rely on getting a phone card in order to be able to stay in touch with my relatives. The phone cards get to be a hassle, because sometimes it doesn?t connect and sometimes the voice quality is below average. Most recently I found axvoice. They offer several different options for phone service. They offer residential, business and international plans. While there are a few services of this nature out on the market, axvoice is exceptionally greater with more services to offer to their customers. The rates are very competitive and axvoice offers the lowest prices available on the market. For as little as .015 cents a minute, I can have constant contact with my relatives in Canada. My family is very excited that we are setup on this plan because it has enabled a more consistent way of keeping in touch. We no longer have to enter card number and pin every time to make a call and the rates per minute are significantly lower than any competitor. My family is now able to call me and talk for a greater period of time than before. If you are in need of a phone service for residential, business or international calling, the best advice I can give is to give axvoice a try today!

My family and I have been with AXvoice for about 6 months now and I am really impressed by the number of additional options and features they provide for such a reasonable price compared to all others. We are using thenew number both for personal and business related stuff so it works out great, as we are using the other phone for business. Customer service is super fast. No echoing or anything like that has happened so far. The call quality is great, no complaints whatsoever.We have tried the Magic jack before which is a really horrible device, and Comcast which is really overpriced so not recommended, you pay and arm and a leg just to use the digital VOIP service so won?t do that again. Everything considered AXvoice is probably the best value for money and option in the VOIP companies, in today's market this is your best bet.

1. In my old house we previously used axvoice and was happy with them. We had to move due to unforeseen circumstances and had to go to another State to top it off. After moving and setting up our cable and internet with Comcast we decided to try out their digital voice service bundled together, it was a little pricier than going with other voip service for phone but we gave them a try since they said we would be saving by adding a bunch of services together which turned out to be a big mistake, whenever Comcast goes down so does their voice service and I was not going to continue to pay extra for that junk it happened to many times - I wanted to use my previous adapter that we had from axvoice, I called customer support and they had me setup in no time. I was very happy with them back then and continue to have no problems with them now, I learned my lesson from now on I am sticking with the company that delivers great service.

After paying way to much for local phone service providers I decided to start looking for other services online that would get the job done and provide the service I needed for my home and business, the one thing that stuck out to me with axvoice was features and price included. I decided not to go with the typical Vonage service that a lot of others go to because they were much pricier than with axvoice and had all the same features. After searching around the web and looking for the best company to go with I chose axvoice. I called up purchased the package and got my equipment in 3 days flat, not bad. The setup was very easy and getting started was a breeze. I have no idea why others are choosing the pricier companies when axvoice gets 5 stars in my book. I guess they have bigger budgets for marketing and commercials and such, but as axvoice grows they should be able to compete with the big guys.

I am a new VoIP user. Axvoice was my first VoIP company. I made this decision based on the positive reviews and their good deal. I paid about $99 for an entire year of service. Previusly with Verizon I spent about $52 a month. The first thing that impressed me was the speed of shipping. Setting up the adapter was very simple, I didn't need to look at any guides and I'm in no way a technichan. Since using Axvoice's service the call quality has been really great and I've been surprised at how good the call quality is when compared to landline. One of the benefits of Axvoice was the fact it was cheaper, but now I can say Axvoice has made my life easier.

As a small business that relies on phones, we were very nervous about transferring over to a voip system - quality of calls, the changeover, tailoring the system to our needs with Axvoice, it was dead easy. Their customer service is second to none. The changeover was well planned and worked like a dream. I must say I was skeptical about switching my existing phone service over to AXVoice, but I believe it?s one of the best choices I?ve made for my business. The rates are very reasonable for the business plan and for all the features that included with the service. I was even able to transfer my existing phone number, instead of creating all new marketing materials and starting over with a new number. With my new internet phone service, I get 30 calling features such as international call blocking and find me follow me ? which allows me have business calls forwarded to my cellular phone, even if I am on vacation! I am extremely pleased with the support and service of AXVoice. I have recommended AXVoice internet phone service to all my business colleagues and family members.
