We have been using Cabertel for 6 years now. From the beginning they have always provided a great service with excellent support. We were assigned a representative upon setup who was always ready to help with any issue that came up.

Customer service rep was fantastic. Pricing is good, but the service is truly a differentiator. They don't expect you to be IT experts. Tell them what you need and they will get it done for you. Always available and never acted like we were troubling them. I would absolutely recommend them for those who don't want to have to get a PHD in telecom just to make and receive calls.

The folks with Cabertel have gone up and above at our business to make sure the transition from our old phone company to theirs was seamless. Not only have they responded promptly to our questions about their phone system but have saved us money in doing so. I would with out a doubt recommend other small businesses or commercial businesses to do themselves a favor and upgrade to Cabertel.

Excellent customer service, no technical issues EVER, quick turnaround on everything and the best pricing around! The best part is they do literally EVERYTHING for you in a matter of minutes. I have had the same account manager for the whole time we have had the account which is amazing!

Cabertel handled the complete transfer of my business phones seamlessly from Vonage. I had been with them for more then five years and struggled to get anyone to answer a question or fix a problem quickly. Cabertel's service is excellent,if you need a question answered or a problem diagnosed you simply call and someone answers the phone and solves your problem or question. They come to your office for training and troubleshooting if needed. On top of all of this, they saved me money on the cost of my service with no reduction in features. I highly recommend dealing with Cabertel if your looking for a company that really understands their customers needs and fulfills their promises.

SAVED! I can't tell you how much I appreciate Cabertel. My business has gone through so many different phone issues/service providers the past two years. I happened to come across Cabertel who fixed it all. No sales pitches, honest, and friendly. Finally a phone service that works the way I want and a local business that I can actually talk to and understand. Quick response for any questions and troubleshooting. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! If you need a small business phone solution you don't need to search any more. I searched and went with over 15 different possibilities only to find out none of the other phone services could do what Cabertel has done with ease. Again, THANK YOU CABERTEL!

Excellent service all around! The order, setup, and startup of this new phone system in our office was seamless. We are a nonprofit so cost was a factor in deciding to switch from Comcast to CaberTel. The price of the phone service is about 1/2 of our previous service. The quality of the phone hardware is great, too. The customer service at CaberTel is fantastic. It is great to talk to someone local (US) who is knowledgeable and friendly! We're pleased to be CaberTel customers.

We selected CaberTel as our VoIP provider because of their affordability and adaptability to fit their services to meet our business needs. As a start-up, both of those factors were highly important. Not only that, but when I do need help or have a question...I get personal service from a contact I know on a first name basis! I don't have to go through some call center queue and get bounced around. They've been really great and I don't see any reason why CaberTel will not continue to be our phone provider as our business needs grow either! Only con: we use the mobile app a lot for our business. VoIP messaging would be nice to have, but it's not a critical need.

We switched our insurance agency phone service to Cabertel about 5 months ago and are SUPER happy with the experience. Excellent customer service; great phone features and voice quality. Our account manager is very responsive. Plus! We will save at least $3,000 a year from our prior service. Also had the opportunity to use their smart phone app to communicate with our office while in Canada. Worked great! No extra cost.

I couldn't be happier with my experience! It isn't often that you receive such personal service when shopping online for a product or service. Our Account Manager helped me get everything set up from start to finish until I was completely comfortable. A far cry from the service I was getting from my traditional carrier. I was nervous about implementing VOIP because I have had a sketchy experience in the past with another VOIP company, but now I will never turn back. My phones are feature rich and for about 1/2 the price of my traditional land line I have 2 lines, SMS capability and a person to call if I every have problems. LOVE! ** I did research a few other companies before landing on Cabertel. None of them offered everything I was looking for (SMS capability, the ability to port to my cell phone if we should have Internet problems and functional customer service). Stop your search now! You've found the best!

The stand-out feature I find to be amazing is the quality of voice transmission. Even conference calling sounds as though everyone is in the same room. The features are easy to follow, and the customer service is absolutely outstanding!

Lowest price by far and outstanding customer service from my contact at Cabertel. One problem with my old hub/switch resolved by following Cabertel's recommendation to purchase a new, inexpensive Netgear Switch. All questions were answered with complete explanation. I was completely blown away by their service. Cabertel beat pricing offered by at least four other carriers by substantial margin.

Very happy with the phone service from Cabertel so far. Setup was a breeze and I would say it was pretty much plug and play. The App makes it easy to always be available to take customer calls in addition to making it simple to make calls while on the road. Happy that calls from App appear with our business caller-ID so it is as if we are in the office. Very professional outfit with personalized service.

I have been using the Cabertel virtual plan for a few months now. It is the perfect fit for my small business as it is low cost, and has been reliable. I like that I can use my cell phone for all calls, and have a business number for outgoing caller ID so that my personal cell number is hidden. The support has been excellent so far.

After dealing with Frontier for several years, Cabertel has been a breath of fresh air. The assigned account manager was very helpful and attentive during the whole process from sales to using the phone service. The phone service just worked after plugging it in. I wish I had moved over to VoIP sooner but was skeptical and put it off for quite a while. It was easier than I expected and one of the main reasons for the switch was to save money. Our phone bill is more than half of what it used to be! We are very happy with everything so far.
