I have had a wonderful experience with this company. The service is great, but more than anything it is their customer support. They were able to help me resolve my issues right away. As every business owner knows, if your phone isn't ringing, you're not making any money. My favorite thing was that it didn't matter how big or how small my issue was, they were still there to help me. A couple of times I found out it had nothing to do with my service provider, my problem was the actual Internet connection. I was kind of freaking out when I saw all of my lights were orange. But all in all I have had a great experience with FastPBX and plan on using them for as long as possible.
