No issues with Zingotel. This is an infrequently-used second line for the days when I telecommute. I've used Zingotel e-mail tech support, then received a phone call back due to my specific question. No problems with Zingotel. Sound quality is good, not quite as good as PSTN but certainly better than cellular.
