They charged me four times instead of just once. You can't call to most of the destinations,
even if they say it's possible. Oh, by the way, customer service... just forget it. Don't even think trying raketu.
I've been with YourChoiceVoIP for one month now. When I received the VoIP adapter and I
didn’t know how to install it, so I called their support team who were very helpful and
professional, they then told me how to install it and then away we go, it was done. I was so
happy, it was that simple an easy to install. After that I never had a problem with it. I chose
their Pay As You Go account which I found extremely good, excellent quality, I couldn’t believe
that it was so clear, now im thinking for going on their £6.99 package which give you 500mins
FREE to 38 countries, its more better value and it saves me a lot of money too. I am highly
recommending that whoever is in the market for an inexpensive alternative to regular landline
telephones, to give YourChoiceVoIP shot at being your first VoIP provider! You will not be
disappointed!
Switched online from SunRocket directly to Teleblend. Since Teleblend has acquired the
equipment and online services of SunRocket, everything is working fine just as SunRocket
did before their closing. Sun Rocket was a good company and if Teleblend can keep going,
stay afloat, manage their $$ ok and gain more customers, they will be equally good. I have
found the clarity of calls, the speed dialing, the call waiting, the voice mail system, all
working perfectly. In time I hope to see Sim Ring and call forwarding. They will survive
and grow if the top management learns from the SR down fall.
I'm giving them "time" to answer a question on billing, knowing they are swamped right now....
They did an awesome job of getting me hooked up for my business and their rates of
$.015/minute were the best I could find for the volume of calls we do.
If you want to buy its service based on its ad, think again. It cost me $100 in two months
service to transfer a year plan to an economic one, all different untelling fees, and then, find it charges receiving calls too. So it costs comparable to cell phones. 50% times I got no-through calls and 25% with loud noise. Many times a call goes only one way, either hearing or speaking. Very funny!
I went with Teleblend so I could keep using my Sunrocket hardware and phone number.
Unfortunately whenever I call Florida, I hear nothing they hear a ring, pick up the phone
and no one's there. I have to call again to get through and that's not very reliable. I
never had any problems like this with Sunrocket. Also I was on a tech support call and
suddenly they couldn't hear me. I had to call back and go through the entire process again.
I've signed up for the Comcast Triple Play, since I already have their digital cable and
internet.
The only good thing about Teleblend is the convenience for old SunRocket customers like
myself (no new equipment, no hassle of shipping etc.) I have 2 locations where I used
SunRocket (was VERY HAPPY with Sunrocket for about 1.5 years). For now Teleblend can
not put their act together: incoming calls are not working in one of my locations, no
International calling in both locations, no customer service (trouble tickets are generated but
nobody does anything to fix customer problems), no functionality on website, no ability to
configure any services via web. Maybe in the future they will be worth looking into but for now -
if you do not wanna be frustrated like me - just STAY AWAY !
DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY OR THEIR PARENT COMPANIES!!! (Unified
Communications Corp. & USA Telephone)
I had Sunrocket and as suggested picked one of the two Voip's to replace Sunrocket. First
they over billed me, then no long distance or voicemail, then total loss of phone service for the
last THREE WEEKS on my main business number, and my second number has only limited
outgoing calls. I have lost an untold amount of money, many clients and may not be able to
recover my business from the loss. I would have already switched again if it would not cause
further delays to port my numbers etc. and if I wasn't told many times that the problems
would be corrected. I could go on and on about their problems. But just heed my warning stay
away if you know what is good for you. If they ever get my service connected I will
immediately switch and have my credit card company reimburse me.
This company is good only at taking your money. Once they have it, don't expect to receive
service or support of any kind and don't expect a response when you request a refund and
cancellation of your "new service". After Sunrocket suddenly died, they folks promised quick
restoration of my service. After several weeks, I selected somebody else and they restored
my service within 12 hours. Run away from Talk Motion as fast as you can. These people are thieves who will take your
money without providing service.
Hi everyone, just would like to share my experience of Your Choice VoIP. I came across this
company through a banner i saw on a website. i wasn't very clued up on how VoIP really
works as i am used my normal landline therefore i emailed their support team who were
extremely helpful and explained to me exactly how they can offer cheaper calls compared to
my landline providers by using my ADSL connection.
I found signing up for them was pretty easy, i went for the Unlimited Calls to UK, USA and
Canada. Being in UK i have a lot of family in Canada therefore this package was perfect for
me and for £9.99 i really could not find that anywhere else.
They charged me the first month upfront by debit card and after signing up, after about an
hour and a half i received an email containing all my log in details to their online control panel
including detailed instructions on the different ways i could use my account.
I began calling with the softphone i downloaded from their website and i must say the calling
quality was brilliant i could not tell i was using the internet to call. They also told me i could
use the access number and use my account from any phone in the world which was handy
and also that by installing a software on my mobile phone that i could also use my account to
make calls on my mobile's internet! Brilliant!
I was very impressed with the range of services and convenience, i now use my account for
most of my calls and i am saving a lot of money compared to using my BT landline to make
calls.
I would definitely recommend Your Choice VoIP, simply because it was so easy and simple
to do and they respond to any questions you may have super quick, so i guess they are a
good company for customer service!
A+++++++++ Shaq
Set Up with Teleblend as a low cost (no new equipment option)... My service has yet to work.
They do not reply to their own job tickets, nor due they have live help.
I've called my cc company and stopped payment. They are a scam...
Sunrocket was great Teleblend is two tin cans without a string.
Buyer Beware.
They are awesome!!! Had service within a few days. I asked a couple of questions via email
Bang they were on it within 20 minutes and followed up twice to make sure it was resolved.
Great Customer service! Everything that was promised was delivered.
I can't imagine a worse service. I've waited for porting in my phone number for six weeks.
Faxed the authorization forms them three times. The customer service department even could
not tell me if they received my fax. Neither did they tell me if they sent out request or not and
refused to refer me to the manager. They always say they will get back to me, and never did.
iTalkBB provides great products and services. The pricing is great, the sales and service reps
are very good. The product takes less than 2 minutes to set up without any help, the sound
quality is excellent, the China call number works great. I would highly recommend this
company and their products to everyone.
I got this to talk to my borther in Atlanta, he got it first, this is the best service. I had Vonage
but it was poor. I had Sunrocket but it really had quality and service issues and Skype just
didn't work when I needed it. Y'all check out SipTalk is quite good and very reasonable. Sher
Onesuite VoIP is just an add on feature to their prepaid phone card services which I find a
very good deal. Their VoIP gives me an option to use my existing Onesuite account to make
calls where landlines or cell phones are not possible.
Getting my previous number ported to ItalkBB was a bit more
challenging than need be, but
successfully completed after several days.
Initially, voice quality was extremely poor. Accompanied by poor reliability, and frequent
dropped calls. Sometimes the phone would ring, but you couldn't hear the caller on the other
end, though the caller could hear you. This was sometimes resolved by rebooting the router,
modem, and iTalkBB box.
After several calls to ITalkBB, they agreed to replace to call box with another. Since then, the
system is working more reliably, with better voice quality.
Customer service is average to good. You will find better response to seek a Chinese
speaker, though many in the customer service department speak English. They do follow
through on a good to excellent basis. Be prepared to stick to your guns and things will get
done.
Downsides are:
1. No voicemail
2. No call waiting
3. Voice quality sometimes poor, especially during peak bandwidth hours.
Pluses:
1. Certainly free calls to China, with a free China number for family and friends. That alone
makes the service unbeatable at the price. Reliability and service are slowly improving.
