After some initial setup problems, the line has been reliable with the occasional issues of delayed hookups. The quality has been variable but is generally quite good. The customer service is really superior, you get answers rapidly and the capacity to reach technical support directly is good.

Have the system for the last 2 months; a fair bit of issues (related to the DSL modem). Customer service was real good at identifying and correcting the issues. Had to do the setup twice after replacement of modem by ISP provider (defective modem). After replacing the DSL modem, real good performance in quality and reliability

I've been happy with the service so far. Very easy to set up and no problems. Call quality is really good and so far no outages of any kind that I know of. I love the features, especially their voicemail to email which they recently introduced. I would recommend them.
