Unable to get tech help or get customer service to call me back. I connect here provided no notification email of equipment shipping- as they promised, no response to emails I sent, customer service will not answer the phone when I called in, rolled to voice mail and hung up twice, finally able to leave a VM, but they did not return either of 2 phone messages I left. The only thing they did follow though in was charging my credit card immediately which I am in the process of disputing. I wasted a lot of time trying to self install granstream phone using their self help instructions. Unable to get my grandstream phone to work using their instructions.

They do care about their customers and they do have pretty much low rates than others beside they started spreading Globally long before others I guess so they know for sure what's hot and what's not when it comes to phone companies.

Used them for over 6 mo. They have both virtual calling card with toll-free and local access phone # and PC access PC quality of calls deteriorated over time, and that is the main reason I left them Calling card service was good. used in 2003 and 2004

This is an absolutely great service, specially for international calls. Sound quality is very good except couple of times when I guess I had a bad connection with the other party. I had signed up for voip.net before, and I can just say one thing about them, they are a rip off. It took me few days trying to get their equipments to be working correctly but it seemed like I was going no where. their tech support is very bad and they don't know what exactly they are talking about or what kinds of problems I had. I've never had a single problem with iconnecthere. I was making my first call few minutes after I signed up with them.

with this plan i got a free usa number, the first month was free and i got the device shipped overseas for free! it works just like a regular phone, sounds like a regular phone but i save about 50% on my phone bill when i call the USA and destinations in S. America. the first month i talked for hours to the USA and since the first month was free it was like they gave me $25 too to use their service. iConnectHere.com i love you guys and gals of course!

I make many calls to friends and family in Latin America and Europe with iconnecthere's service and the calls sound amazing; sounds like I'm using my regular phone. I'm saving a lot money on international and local calls.  When I received the broadband phone, I had some questions about setting it up. Somone told me to get broadband telephone for my house and that I would save money by doing it. I did my research on the company Vonage, SunRocket and iConnecthere and just felt that iConnectHere was the best deal. And plus they were a public company who has been around like 10 years or something. To me I like going with a reputable company, and they seemed just that. The phone sounds amazing when I talk.

When I switched from my old phone company to iconnecthere's broadband phone, I really didn't need the local calls (US). The price drop from $35+ to $15/month is great, but I need to make many calls to South America for all my relatives that live there. When I checked out their rates, they blow the competition away. People often focus on the $5 bucks they can save when in reality if you truly use your phone a lot, the savings is seen most in overseas rates.

iConnecthere’s service is truly top-notch. I use it several times a day and nearly every day for home & work. So far, I have nothing but praise for this particular VoIP service. There’s a lot of stuff to be grateful for with their phone. For one thing, voice mail from the web is a really cool feature they offer where you can hear your VM messages from ANY internet connection. But perhaps the best this about this particular provider are the low prices that beat most of their competitors.
