Reviewers Comments: I have just switched over to Vonage, b/c FonVantage NEVER was able to port my number
although they claim that it was ported 4 1/2 months AFTER I activated it. I could not receive
calls from cell phones. I could not dial 1-800 numbers which I use for conference calls as I
work from home for a very large technology company. I could not receive calls from cells
phones, they would change my temp number , without notifying me. Also, you cannot get
a hold of technical support or customer support, I would leave numerous messages and never
a call back. They have yet to release my number , so I am paying double phone bills. I have
paid double phone bills for 5 months. My service went out on Monday, March 16th and today
is March 19th . They actually just called me back to ask if I had rebooted the device...I spent
an hour on the phone with technical support on Monday, and he couldn't' help me ....so he
said that level 2 would call me back in 24 48 hours...(in the meantime, I would be without
phone service) Just called me today 4 days later with no help or resolution. I am contacting the
FCC. |
