I had VoIP thru my previous internet provider
WCOIL. But when moved from that state that service was no longer available. My first
complaint is the echo's.
2.When I call out after 5 rings to the person I call I get a busy signal.
3.For the first 2 weeks people called if didn't answer by the 5th ring they got a busy signal.
4.I ordered the service on the 14 of the month before I relocated and had it activated on
the 26, I was billed on the 4th of the next month. So much for paying for the first month in
advance.
5.They where having problems billing my credit card, but their monthly fee was being held
against my card. When they decided to cancel for non payment the monthly charge was released
back to my credit card as spending money, go figure!
6.Some people have had great luck with them, I'm not one of them.
