Quite hard to get the Canadian numbers, but once you got everything straighten out is ok. fax doesn't work sometimes, but it seems to be better in the last 2 months...

Had service with voip.net and was happy @ 19.99/mo. to put up with bad sound quality. BVX took them over and the whole thing went to s**t. Overcharged 160.00 in past 3 months. Couldn't get a hold of anyone @ customer service and no reply to e-mails. I had to cancel my credit card just to stop the random billing. These guys should be jailed for the scam they are pulling. Stay AWAY from BVX. Worst company ever!!!

I started my subscription with VOIP.NET. I was very pleased with the quality of services i used to have. I had no problem logging in to my account, changing my settings, accessing my usage report, billings etc. The quality of services I enjoyed drastically deteriorated when VOIP.NET ownership and management changed to BROADVOX to the point that I wish I could find new services provider as quickly as possible. E-mails to customer services are usually unanswered. If you're lucky you get an auto reply that doesn't answer the issue or matters you're bringing up. I also had similar problems on getting charges on my card to which I didn't have a clue how and where they got the numbers. I sent several e-mails only to deserve auto-replies. I gave up contesting the bills as I needed to have my VOIP service uninterrupted. I honestly believe BROADVOX has to improve or at least sustain what VOIP.NET used to have otherwise something must be done to let prospective subscribers be aware of the struggles they would likely encounter in the event they fall prey to this service provider

They keep over billing me for last three months for more than $150. Looks like they just add some random amount to the amount I owe and bill my credit card automatically. When I called them and demanded money back they returned also some random amount. When I sent them my simple calculation they did not reply at all. They work exactly like scammers. I cannot reach their billing manager, he is "extremely busy" for long time already. Their support phone number is not listed on their site, so I had to search for it myself.

The billing department always over bill me. The statements are not understandable, they make no sense at all, it is if they just make them up. They automatically charge your credit card, no paper bills are sent out, which is ok, if they didn't always over bill. You can not contact them by phone, (a phone company that you can't call, real good) only by e-mail. This company has the worse service I have ever seen.

As I stated in the voip.net review. Two bad companies merged in one. shouldn't be in business. Take my advice and stay out, unless you'd like to wait for an hour to someone answer your call...if they do.

Broadvox just started adding a usage charge of $21.76 almost doubling my bill. They don't answer their phones or emails. I'd say they have horrible customer service, but it just doesn't exist. Even tried calling their sales department and was hung up on while on hold multiple times. I was with CoreCom. They sold out to Broadvox in January.

Service has been good to me for the most part. There were capacity issues a couple times in the beginning but since then nothing like that. 911 is coming soon. I really like the fact that Broadvox is a facilities based company and to some extent over their national network they control quality and know of problems as they can happen and hopefully correct it swiftly.
