This company is so screwed up. They finally cleared my trouble ticket (spelled the company name wrong in the 411 directory and yellow pages). One year after I submitted the ticket ...... and six months after I left them for another voip provider. No wonder they take so long to fix a trouble ticket. They are working on tickets for customers who no longer use them. Run away as fast as you can.

This company sucks. I have been with them only because as a business I needed a yellow page listing which they said they included in the cost of the service. It took 18 months for them to get me listed in the 411 directory and the yellow pages listing. Until then we did not exist as a company even though we had been in business for 12 years. Customer support sucks as well. Phone rings busy even though no one is on the lines. I get severe static and call disconnects. I finally had to bring in another VoIP company and run parallel services to prove to them that they were the problem. I also get locked out of my web account from time to time. The final straw was when I wanted to give them another chance to redeem themselves by providing a third VoIP line. The service never operated properly so we cancelled it. Now they will not credit us the original setup costs. They are making us pay for a service they never set up properly. Spread the word. These guys suck in every sense of the word.

What do you thing when a trouble ticket sits for 3 months without any support? I would not recommend these folks.

Quite hard to get the Canadian numbers, but once you got everything straighten out is ok. fax doesn't work sometimes, but it seems to be better in the last 2 months...

Had service with voip.net and was happy @ 19.99/mo. to put up with bad sound quality. BVX took them over and the whole thing went to s**t. Overcharged 160.00 in past 3 months. Couldn't get a hold of anyone @ customer service and no reply to e-mails. I had to cancel my credit card just to stop the random billing. These guys should be jailed for the scam they are pulling. Stay AWAY from BVX. Worst company ever!!!
