Or you e-mail them a dozen times before they respond with a poorly written response that doesn't even answer the question. The call quality is dreadful, bordering on unusable. The website is frequently down and of limited use even when it's up. Avoid them. |

| Reviewers Comments: I have been using this service for over 5 months. One thing you cannot miss out once using is the pathetic customer service that they have. I have called them many times and each time the call center will take my name, address, phone number and email ID and they say that I will get a call from a "Technician" within 24 hours but that has never happened. Initially in the month of nov2006 they did call me, but for the last 3 months, not even once they have called me back. I have asked for cancellation of this phone and still no response!!!. I would never recommend this to anyone. I am planning to complain to the local BBB service. |

| Reviewers Comments: I think I had bad luck with this phone service, especially my first VoIP service. 9 out of 10 calls I got dropped and complaints from the other end saying ECHOING. I reset and made sure the DSL modem, router, and the phone adapter is far apart at least 4ft away like the instruction said, but no good. I called the customer service at least 5 times now and all 5 times they ask me for my name, telephone number, email, then someone will call me back in 24 hours. But no one called me back. This is a nightmare. I am canceling them and would not recommend to anyone. |

| Reviewers Comments: I have just recently taken the jump into VoIP and I must admit I am very happy. I went for Bluesky as a friend of mine has it and they are very happy with it. The features are great, I get more now for less money - can't be bad. The sound quality is excellent, as good as if not better than my landline was. I phoned customer services once with a billing issue and got it sorted then and there with no further problems. Try them they are excellent value for money. |
