Reviewers Comments: This is my first time using VOIP and was somewhat hesitant initially, but my latest phone bill convinced me to take the plunge. A friend at work told me about Atlantic Telecom and as they offer a months free service, no contract etc, i signed up. I have to admit that the whole process was very simple and i received by VoIP box in two days. Not being computer savvy, i had my nephew make all the connections for me and he did it in about a minute. I kept my old phone number too which was nice and so far so good. Call quality is very good and the only problem i experienced was in retrieving my voice mail, but have since figured it out. Savings are terrific for me and i would recommend Atlantic Telecom to anyone else considering VoIP. | |||
