Reviewers Comments: I have had Allo now for over 3 months. It took over 3 weeks for the instrument to arrive. Set up
was easy (since I am a technical person). But since I started almost every week I have had
problems.
Sometimes the person at the other end cannot hear me, some times I can't hear them.
Sometimes Call forwarding works, some times doesn't. When call forwarding does work, it
always shows up as "Unknown ID" in the Caller ID. For the longest time, the person at the
other end could hear a constant beeping sound. (This seems to be fixed for the past couple of
weeks). Several times the calls get dropped ( a problem I have had much too frequently). In
the 3+ months I have had the service, there has not been a single week I have not had a
problem. Even after 4 months I am still not able to confidently give this number to my friends. I
always have to give them my cell too because most of the time they cannot reach me on Allo
service.
Customer service is good in the sense that people are really nice to talk. They always listen
to your problem. But then, the problem is not being fixed !!!! |
