After signing up for service Jan 30th 2006 and faxing in number transfer of service here I sit. Paying 2 phone bills. The first Bill is my pre-existing number thats waiting to be transferred. The other a temporary number 1Touchtone gave me. Well it is now March 23rd. I'm still waiting. I called twice and both times the said they would give me a call back the following day. Not a single attempt to call. I'm easy to reach because I have two phone numbers. Well I'll try again today. I would really study up before picking up any of these services.

I would only recommend this service for an individual that is willing to use the router that comes with the 1touchtone service as your firewall. Don't try to put this device behind a firewall as it won't work! Voice quality was what I'd consider to be average, some delay, but not unacceptable. To their credit their customer service rep was always helpful, even though they couldn't help us resolve our firewall issue. I returned to POTS service because of quality of line and no conflicts with firewall.

Horrible...don't buy any 1touchtone product. The noise is amazing and my friend cannot hear anything from me except lots of noise. My internet speed is very fast since it's campus network (I check my dynamic speed, it's excellent). They said they have customer guarantee service. But let me tell you. I paid more than $40 for the installation and first month. I returned the phone 5 days after I received it. And what they gave me? after I called several times (I don't know if they keep forgetting), they only return me less than 6 bucks!!! This is a horrible company and you should not trust the service from them.

The voice quality with 1TouchTone is excellent. I'm glad I switched. It did cost a few dollars more, but the difference in quality was well worth it.
