    Cbeyond, Inc., a managed services provider that delivers integrated packages of voice, mobile and broadband services to small businesses, announced today that it has closed its previously announced secondary offering of 4,907,179 shares, including 640,066 shares sold pursuant to the underwriters' exercise of the over-allotment option granted by the selling stockholders.
