inTALK launched its digital phone service in February of 2004. inTALK is the residential branch of Nextiva who have been, up until now, dedicated to Business VoIP service. They are one of the best known business providers in the industry and are now focusing on delivering the same high quality of service for residential users. inTALK provide 24 hour technical support 7 days a week and are the only provider we have that has every feature of VoIP in their plans.

inTALK is new to us at WhichVoIP, however Nextiva is not. If their residential service is anywhere near the quality of their business service then the quality and reliability will be of a very high standard. inTALK have two plans, one is limited with 1000 minutes and the other is unlimited US and Canada with 200 worldwide minutes. inTALK is one of the few companies to branch from the business telephony world into the residential market.  If they take the knowledge and experience they have gained and apply it to the residential market we think they will become one of the primary VoIP providers for years to come.

I chose inTalk VoIP service based on a recommendation from a friend. I've used VoIP phone service in the past and my experience with inTalk has been great. My adapter arrived quickly and getting started was easy. I've used their online admin area and really like the features they offer. For such a low price, inTalk VoIP service is a great deal.
