Reviewers Comments: Don't do it! What a nightmare. We made the mistake of being trusting these people. They
are highly unethical. We are on the phone with them 2 times per week minimum. Hold times are min, 30 mins each time. Their online support is a joke, never provides valuable service. They are in over their heads. They have chronic intermittent problems which results in dropped calls, busy signals and recordings to your clients that the number they called (yours) is not in service. And then there is noise on the line or distortion. Had I known these problems would never be resolved, I would have asked for my money back in the first 14 days. But like a trusting shmoe, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and now they own me. Their policy is to keep your money no matter what. Even if the mistake is on their part, they keep your money. We made huge error of going for the prepaid plan. I hate these people. I finally sent a letter off to the CEO, to find out if he
condones these practices or it's just his managers that are mis-managing. |
