Reviewers Comments: We had Packet 8 and the service and quality wasn't even close to good. We couldn't even transfer calls, the quality was really bad and it took to much bandwidth to work. We only had 10 phones, we are still trying to get our money back from Packet8. We called Voiptrex, spoke to an engineer, and they sent us 10 (907) IP Phone in 7 days and like they said, plug 'em in, and we was up in running, no activation or anything like that and the quality is excellent. You have a business, choose Voiptrex. | |||

Reviewers Comments: It was to simple to use. FedEX the phones to us, plug them in and started making calls. Unlimited calling for both offices in Campbell and LA. VoIPTREX small company but they know what they are doing. | |||

Reviewers Comments: we had nothing but problems with nuvio and our service provider who sold us the phone system. DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE. the system is always going down. we have many dropped calls. there are 800 number we are not able to call from this service. many of the features do not work. overall, this has not been good for our business. we were sold junk that does not work as advertised. | |||

Reviewers Comments: I requested service from Nuvio beginning of March, they charged my credit card 3 months now (Mar, April and May) and still I do not have their phones. I canceled today and they won't refund me any money plus they will charge me cancellation fee ($150 per phone). I am going to small claim court. What a pathetic company !!! | |||
