Phonebooth personell has been extremely helpful during our transition from conventional telephone to VoIP. I made the decision to make this change in a very short amount of time in the midst of our office move. I received my phones very quickly and had all the help I needed getting set up. Phonebooth was on top of our progress every step of the way. The Installations Team Lead has been indispensable and extremely patient with my many questions. The web interface is very user-friendly and intuitive. I do hope there is an iOS app on the way. The online support community is well laid out and generally very informative. Phone booth saved our organization over 90% of our annual telephone costs. Now if I could just get my boss to give me a commission on that savings! For my purposes, Phonebooth has exceeded my expectations both on the service and on the product. They pay attention to what people are asking for and seem to be genuinely interested in creating the best product out there. I have no doubt that they will achieve that.
