We operate our home businesses via voip and after 6 years Vonage decided we required their business plan at twice the cost. I contacted ITP customer service via phone and was assured that their home business package was suitable. The first month the overage charges (apparently "unlimited" is not really "unlimited") were $60. This past month it doubled. I cannot get anyone on the phone who will explain this to me or resolve my massive dissatisfaction with them. If you use the phone for business, then run screaming from them.

I have had this service for a little over a year now. I have the basic plan, and my charge comes to $15.07 each month with taxes. I have never found another company that can even come close to matching this price. The plan includes 500 outgoing minutes, and all incoming minutes are free. If you know how to use Google voice with your phone service, then you will never go over the 500 minutes (because outgoing calls made using Google Voice are seen incoming calls by your home phone.) Anyways, the service is very clear and reliable. I even went to visit a friend for a few weeks, and I was able to plug my phone into his Internet modem, and my service worked perfectly there. Highly recommended.

I have used ITP for my Insurance business for about 9 months now and have been very pleased. My consultants are able to move around from location to location with ease. They are happy using the phones and the service which in turn keeps me happy. The service is reliable and the price is Great with lots of savings to be had.

I started using ITP about a year ago and have been extremely pleased with the ease of use and the cost savings associated with the service. I used to be with another voip company, but the service and people were extremely hard to deal with. I would recommend ITP to any business.

I'm using the hosted PBX from ITP and the phone service is great! They gave me the option of either using my existing phone system and have the phone calls itself go over ITP's digital voip lines or I can scrap my current system and have my whole system with ITP (otherwise known as Hosted PBX). I decided on the latter. It turns out ITP was offering more features than my original PBX. I give high ratings for ITP.
