Had many issues initially when getting phone service running. Overpriced for the kind of service/support offered. Small shop where there are only a couple people actually know how to resolve the technical issues.

Had many outages where Internet and phones were not available. Support is weak and staff is not knowledgeable. It still seems like a start up company. Looking into other providers.
