I am the owner of Prudential First Realty real etate business based in Crystal Lake, IL. We have been using DLS Hosted PBX since 2007. Although we had some initial ?start-up? difficulties, those were soon elimintated and we have been happy with the overall system ever since. The DLS Hosted PBX system allows us to save money in this difficult economy by connecting five of our offices as though they were one. The system made it really easy for us to move offices without loss of service. Additionally, we have been able to expand our support and engage agents who wanted to work from home. I am not a big fan of Grandstream phones but Cisco phones seemed to have worked a lot better for us. There is a clear difference in quality of these devices. I highly recommend checking out for yourself the advantages of the DLS Hosted PBX system. PROS: Overall seems like a robust and reliable system with more features than what we use. Good technical support. CONS: The billing system is a bit cumbersome, but with 200+ unique phone numbers and e-fax numbers, I can understand the difficulties associated with this issue.

This service seems to do everything we need and more. I was able to set it up to route calls to our 4 different locations with ease. It allows each person to consolidate voice mail. Cool features like the ability to integrate with outlook, cell phones and land lines make it a dream come true for our company. DLS has been very in tune with all of our requests. They respond to our needs at every turn. I highly recommend them to our clients.
