Reviewers Comments: We have had COVAD for over 4 years, and every year the service gets worse. A lot of our customers cannot get through to us, and we get poor to no customer service from COVAD. | |||

Reviewers Comments: I had a decent experience with Covad, but I realized that I was paying too much for their service and decided to begin my search for a new provider. I have changed to a different provider and am very happy with them. Even though I did not "recommend" this provider there is nothing wrong with them if you don't mind the price. | |||
