Aptela customer services help us sort through the issues. We have been pleased with the quality and the price. We highly recommend Aptela.

Reviewers Comments: We have over 85 users in 9 offices with a call center. The system works well for us. We use Polycom phones and soft-phones with success. You need to have good or new headsets otherwise you will experience some echoing. Saving lots of money.
