| Reviewers Comments: This service is ridiculous. The first year we experienced problems with our single wireless handset. I was instructed to reset the router/gateway multiple times with no success, and eventually customer service told me it was the internet providers fault. Right... Several of the hardline phones died right after the one year warranty expired. Thank goodness we had two extra to replace them with, otherwise we would've been charged for new phones. Many other complaints with this system with no sign of improvement by the company. Do not believe the majority of these 5 star ratings. Probably done by an employee of the company. Accessline is HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED! |
