Reviewers Comments: Accessline's service has been extremely shaky. I have not been able to keep calls on hold, somehow the connection gets lost. Every now and then I have to deal with frequent outages which is just not acceptable when trying to run a business, no matter how small my little operation may be. This is definitely not a good choice if you're a micro-business.
