Can anyone tell me apart from packet8 which VOIP provider have video conferencing feature

Packet8 are the main player for video conferencing - at least from a residential perspective.

Video Conference is just like a conference in which the member of the conference are
not present physically at one place. They can hear and watch them through electronic multimedia.
Its just a revolution in the contacts scenario in IT. regards
