Can anyone tell me which is the best hardware or the equipment that we can use for voip.....

Most of the providers have this sorted now so any ATA (Adapter) they send you will work. Many folk are starting to use IP phones for residential use now too (used to be just businesses) because of the low cost. No need for ATAs if you have an IP phone.
