    Default Echo

    Hi,

From past few days i am using packet 8,at beginning i didnt have any problem wih the connection but after some days i started facing many problems with the connection.
There is lots of delay in the voice. I also see that there is disturbance.
Sometimes there is echo of voice, i can listen to my own voice.
I am fed up with this.

    Pls give me some solution.

    Thanks,
    Mark

    Mark.

Talk to Packet8 customer service. Often they can play with the settings in the ATA to improve the voice quality. They can do this remotely.

About the delay, is there an option of "jitter size" ? If yes , adjust it.
About the echo , try to make the volume lower.

Hi, hope you will be fine. Actually, I am interested to know that what sort of the
hardware you are using. May be there is some sort of problem it is facing. Check it out.
    regards
