hi,

is the incoming calls or outgoing calls on the the tollfree number which i buy for my business charged? will i be charged if i forward my call to my cellular number? any suggestions required.

Normally you are charged a monthly fee for a toll-free number. If you forward to your cell it should be free (depending on your provider - check first) as this is one of the nice features of VoIP. Of course you'll use minutes on your cell plan :-)
