    Default Business level service

We are recruiters with offices in multiple states. We want to be able to have our clients and candidates contact one number and then we forward the call to the appropriate virtual recruiter. We also need to have hunting on numbers... in other words, if a call comes in on our primary line and it is busy, it needs to hunt to the next available phone number. Lastly we want an automated attendant where there is a directory to dial by name to choose who you are contacting. Are you familiar with any services that offer this level of business package. We are talking 20 offices (one person offices except the corporate location)?

    Thanks so much!

    Trish,

One solution (non-residential) would be to have a cisco router running call manager express at your HQ and then VPN the remote offices in. The router would have an auto-attendent feature built in.

I am not aware of any residential providers who offer this service.

Please let me know if you want more details as we have a cisco voice expert on staff.

    Regards

    Tony

    Trish,

Following on from Tony's comments. We have had a lot of success with Bandwidth.com for our business customers. Ask for a quote at:
