VoIP providers who offer two lines

Hi there,

I am contemplating the switch to VOIP. At this point, I don't need more than 2 lines. I was looking at ITP as they include a 2nd full line for the price of $49.99. It seems like all other companies charge full price for a second line.

I am also interested in customer service. I hope to not need them, but if I do.. I want them to be there.

Please make any non-binding, opinion based recommendations.

Hi Bram.

You are correct for residential plans. The providers generally charge the same fee again for the second line even if it is handled by the same ATA.

If it is for business use Vonage give you a break on the second line (approx $5 less per month for the second line).

Do you really need the full second line? Could you get away with the second line being incoming calls only and make the primary line the full service?

If so then Sunrocket give you the full 1st line for $199 plus some special deals if you do it through us. They also throw in a free virtual number which would give you a second incoming only line:

If you are after great customer service it is tough to beat Lingo. I have been very impressed with their customer service on the few occasions I have called them and you get the best deal if you make International calls:
