Does anyone besides Vonage offer 2 separate lines. As in 1 line for business and 1 line for personal. Both able to be used simultaneously?

The only limit on the number of lines you can have is the bandwidth of your broadband connection. A typical VoIP call takes up 90KBits/sec. DSL or cable can easily accommodate two lines being used simultaneously, see here for our broadband section for typical bandwidths http://www.whichvoip.com/broadband/DSL_comparison.htm and http://www.whichvoip.com/broadband/cable_comparison.htm. There are however a couple of things to be aware off.
You will be charged for two separate lines I am not aware of any service providers that will give you a price break on the second line.
Each line typically has it's own ATA. Since most setups recommend the ATA to be directly plugged into your cable/DSL modem, which again typically only has one ethernet port then you will need to place a router in the path. The setup would now be
modem -> router -> 2xATA -> PC
instead of
modem -> ATA -> PC.
If you do this I would recommend a VoIP router in which you can set up a quality of service. You can see a selection of VoIP routers here http://www.whichvoip.com/voip/voip_hardware.htm
The following two links give some basic and advance explanation of how VoIP works

I hope this helps.
