VoIP Caller ID with name

Does your name show up as well as the number with Voice Pulse? It is unclear on their website.

This is taken directly from the Voicepulse website -

"Due to the way broadband phone service works, currently we can only send your Caller ID number to the person you are calling."

This may be out of date so it's worthwhile contacting them.
