Default Verizon VoiceWing and Phone set-up

Everytime I see voip phone service pushed I see it using wireless phones.

I would like to still have it wired to my house phone systerm if possible.

I am interested in setting up Verizons VoiceWing which by the way I did not see on your listing. Is there an easy way to go about this?

Can it be self installed? Talking to VoiceWing people in Utah they said order
the service first and then talk to my local office about this idea.

    Please advise
    Thanks
    Tony

    Hello Tony,
Thanks for your question. We have Verizon Voicewing plans in our Database. However, we only show some of the most popular providers on our home page. We have over 35 providers plans on our website database that can be searched from our Plan Search page at the folliwng link:

    http://www.whichvoip.com/voip/voip_providers.htm

There are 6 search options to choose from, including by Provider (Option 2). If you select Verizon you get the two VoiceWing plans available with any current special deal we have with them at this time. Either click on the "Visit Site" button or the sepcail deals link and this will take you to the Verizon webpage. From there you can sign up on line and take advantage of our special deals.

In answer to your question about wireless phones, if you are referring to the standard household cordless phones then this is a great way to distribute your telephone service throughout your house. When you sign up for VoIP the Provider will mail you an ATA (modem type device) that plugs into your broadband connection. You then plug your traditional phone into the ATA and off you go. There is typically some set up which you can do yourself. The ATA should come with a manual on how to set it up. You should not need someone to come and set it up for you.

Some people have successfully connected their ATA back into the house telephone wiring to distribute their service that way. For this we recommend that you know what you are doing or research it carefully before deciding to
do this. Check out the following link for more information about distribution on our FAQ page:

    Best Regards,
    Mike
