    Default SunRocket questions

    My wife and I just started service with Sunrocket and so far have enjoyed it. There is however a few quirks we've noticed, such as not being able to hear if the phone is dialing until the other party picks up, some parties sound like they're using an intercom system when they speak, and occasional popping noises. Is there anything that can be done to minimize some of these problems?

    I would definitely phone Sunrockets customer service about this. I've been using VoIP for a long time phoning local, long distance and international and have never experienced these problems. Might just be a simple case of them changing some settings on your gizmo (ATA) such as the audio buffering. Alternatively there may be a problem with your ATA.

    Do you have a decent broadband connection and do you have a data router in your configuration?
