Problem with JustVoip

I registered for JustVoip over a month ago, in Italy, with a 10 euro credit. I did not have any problem. The service was satifactory for the first month. For the past week, however, I have been unable to call any of my contacts. As soon as I dial the number, I get an engaged tone with the message: "the other party ended the call due to an unknown error." When I seek more information, all I get is "general error code 33."
Is there any way of rectifying this error? Is there any reliable Voip company I can use to call from Italy? I cannot afford to lose 10 euros!!!
