I have voip your life. I'm trying to get information on which cordless
phone to use. I just want a wireless phone that i can walk around with. I'm
confused i see voip phones ie uniden , i see regular analog phones. what is
the difference? thanks

Hi,
VoIP phones are also referred to as IP phones. These can directly plug
into an Ethernet connection, such as out of a router or cable/DSL modem. If you have an IP phone then you do not need the ATA that Voipyourlife sent( I think voipyourlife gives you the SPA-1001 or the SPA-2001) as the ATA is built into the phone. If you have your ATA installed then you can use any traditional phone whether it's wireless or not.
I use lingo as my VoIP provider and I have a Panasonic wireless phone - it works great.
