Voip with cellular

I was wondering, could there be a voip provider that allows me to use voip from my cellular?

Depending on the type of phone and capabilities it has you could use a PC softphone such as Skype.

ya i have tried skype out but its no good and also found a new company called as allo.com pretty good one they have the feature where i can use my cell phone ...it is called as mobile voip.check them out
