VoIP caused lost audio on my PC

I added VOIP and lost my audio on my computer.I have high speed internet with modem. New adapter for VOIP.Please help.

Hello Richard,
From your question you mention you have a "new adapter for VoIP", so I am assuming you are using VoIP with an ATA and your regular phone connected (which does not require the use of your computer, just the use of your broadband connection). This set-up should not affect your audio on your computer.
Can you provide more information on your set-up, i.e. what audio are you referring to.....are you downloading music from the internet while using you phone?
Really not sure why your PC audio should be affected when you add VoIP service. Anyone out there experienced similar problems or have a solution for Richard?
