Default Two VOIP providers Using one Cable Internet Provider?

Is it possible to have two different VOIP providers (say Vonage and Sunrocket) using the same cable internet line?

No reason why not so long as you have the bandwidth available and 2 different ATAs (different MAC addresses which link to your phone number).

    Yes. Please do.

May I ask why you are doing this?

By the way the only slight concern is that you presumably will plug both ATAs into a router and then from there into the cable modem. You lose out on the Quality of Service inherent within the ATAs, assuming you have a PC connection for data too. Just something to keep in mind.

    Most providers have a 30 day cancellation period as a fall-back :-)

    Thanks.
