Help!!! I need to make a lot of international calls to East Europe and my current VOIP provider has not that affordable rates, I need a provider with voice quality and low rates for countries like Romania, Poland and Russia

Your best bet is Lingo in my opinion. They have international plans that include Russia and Poland.

Thanks for that i checked them out but the rates were too high... and in the process found allo.com with very low rates i think i will go for them still checkin it out....
