Call unlimited calls In USA and Canada using Skype

Folks,

Have you tried using skype for making calls any where to USA and Canada, You might say yeah, you have to have your computer on, yes it used to be that way before, now there is a new way, you do not have to have computer on to make Voip calls. You will have to but a VOIP phone such as Philips VOIP8411B/37 Dect/voip Phone System, Linksys CIT400 or similar voip phones, only thing you have to make sure is that the SKYPE is integrated in the phone. With skype integrated in the phone, your computer need not be on to make calls. Your phone will keep skype alive ( you can make calls to any phone in usa or canada to call skype friends ) . I use Philips Skype phone, because you use rechargable AAA batteries, so you buy 3 sets of 2 AAA and charge the and swap as and when necessary.

Now you will need skype in and Skype out service to make calls, SKype in is a service to receive calls, you will receive a local number , no you cannot transfer current numbers, numbers are issued by skype and they are local to your destination or you can have any US number listed by skype.
Secondly you will need SKype out to make calls any where in USA and Canada.
& off course a good broadband service.

Skype in: USD 30
SKype out : USD 60 ( free voice mail)
Equipment cost 1 time : 110 - 150 ( one time investment)
montly broadband charges .... 15 bucks to 50 bucks

Now once catch you cannot make 911 calls yet on skype. But the call quality is good.
