Beleagured voice over IP phone supplier Vonage has asked the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington D.C. to vacate and remand the U.S. District Court's decision finding Vonage infringed on certain Verizon technology, by applying the logic used in another recent court ruling.
