A jury could come back with a verdict as early as today in the Verizon-Cox Communications patent infringement case.Verizon claims the cableco violated six technology patents. The telecom giant wants damages in excess of $400 million. The lawsuit is the company’s latest move to assert its intellectual property in the Internet telephony arena.
