Jinan Yinquan Technology Co. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of China VoIP & Digital Telecom Inc., recorded sales of $1.4 million for the year ended Dec. 31, 2006., up 46% from a year ago. However, the company posted a net loss of $0.53 million, compared to net earnings of $0.27 million a year ago, which the company attribute to an extraordinary expense involved with becoming a U.S. public entity.
