THAT ARCH exponent of VoIP telephony, Truphone, has been slashing its call prices again. So if you want to call INQ hack, Fernando Cassia, cellphone in Argentina you're now saving yourself 48 per cent. Another favourite destination for INQ hacks, Croatia is now 34 per cent cheaper but Truphone points out that its average price for calls to mobile phones in EU countries is now 15 pence or below. But the biggest bargains must be calls to handsets in the USA, Canada, China, Singapore and Hong Kong. They still cost absolutely nothing. That's right - you can call somebody's mobile in the States and the call will be free....
