Memory manufacturer buys a PC manufacturer
IT SEEMS THAT IPO is a very good thing for a memory company. After OCZ Technology came up on LSE (London Stock Exchange), company switched into the seventh gear and started acquiring companies like there's no tomorrow. After buying PC Power & Cooling, Ryan and the gang turned their heads on buying another player in the industry. Somewhat unexpected, lads did not buy another component vendor, but rather went for a complete system vendor. HypersonicPC has quite a large offering of desktops, laptops, workstations and other high-performing machines. More importantly, the guys have advanced testing methods which are always in high regard when it comes to development of new products from OCZ's portfolio....
