Reviewers Comments: I have spent the last month trying to get them to fix my
intermittent loss of
service...sometimes I lose service hours...they are uninterested...I've spoken with a
supervisor...but to reach anyone higher I have to leave my number and wait for them to
contact me...this says a lot that except for the initial contacts I cannot contact anyone
else...service is extremely poor but what do I do...its the only cable provider in the city and I
want fast service...which by the way is faster all over the nation than it is in Arlington, Tx. |
