Reviewers Comments: Let me start with ordering of service. I ordered online from one of the offer so after week
of ordering when I contacted customer service, they are really not having my order number in
system and for this information they transferred me like 10 times so I talked like 10
representative and explain them again and again. so after some time I got their national
center number and I decide to try last time and finally their national center was having my
order number. now i made appointment for installation and when he came to home for
installation, he did not make installation in the room which i wanted, "(i really dont know
the reason, may be thats easy for him to setup)" now about service and connection. i was
having always trouble with connection in afternoon and internet is very imp for me as i
work from home. they took like 1 week to make it work and after a month or so same thing
happened again, what a crap, and at the last, worst thing for me i have only one option for
internet other then time warner. I have decided to try another service but scare for again
contacting customer for that service too :) |
